These Terms of Service govern your use of riskinnovate.com and any audit services delivered by RiskInnovate Inc. ("RiskInnovate"). A definitive version is being finalised with external counsel; in the meantime, customer engagements are governed by the executed Master Services Agreement and individual Statements of Work.

1. Scope

Audit packages are delivered against a written, mutually signed scope. Findings, methods, and deliverables are confidential to the engagement.

2. Acceptable use

You must have the legal authority to grant access to any system you submit for audit. Unauthorised or out-of-scope targets are excluded and will be rejected.

3. Confidentiality

Configuration data, findings, and reports are treated as your confidential information. Aggregate, anonymised statistics may be used to improve our services unless contractually restricted.

4. Warranties and liability

Audit deliverables describe security posture as of the assessment window. They do not guarantee absence of vulnerabilities, nor do they constitute legal, compliance, or insurance advice. Liability is capped per the MSA.
